Work out roughly how far along you are

Pregnancy is normally counted from the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP)

Calculate My Due Date

Start taking folic acid

If you haven't already, start a prenatal supplement containing folic acid to help support your baby's healthy development.

Pause alcohol & smoking

And start checking whether your usual medications, supplements and skincare are pregnancy-safe.

Book your first gynae appointment

You don't necessarily need to rush down immediately after seeing two lines.
